The group was founded in 2012 to offer consulting and to control services with the quality of international players also to small businesses,but the attention to the customer that only a leaner reality can offer.

The main areas of activity of the Group are: practices ARERA, GSE, Terna, accounting and functional Unbundling, budgeting, reporting, process analysis and the presentation of requests of contributions.

Recently, the services offered have also been extended to large industrial groups.
